How can Anchor be so much cheaper?

Anchor created our wash program to help improve the quality of our charters. Our main source of revenue has always been, and will continue to be, from our charter program. Anchor has a vested interest in keeping your boat clean and affordable to ensure you stay a charter partner for life.

Will I see a decrease in quality?

Absolutely not. After partnering with several yacht management companies, we realized that washes rarely met our standard. Our crew of Licensed Charter Captains share our high standards. After all, they will be compensated and reviewed by our customers on the cleanliness and quality of your vessel.

Can I request less/more than 2 cleanings per month?

Yes. We believe washes twice a month is the optimal amount. In tandem with your free cleanings after each charter, we think you'll be more than happy with our standard. However, you are the owner and you are the boss. If you want more, we are happy to deliver additional cleanings at an additional fee.

If you only want 1 wash per month (less), we can also accommodate that. Cleanings will be an additional $1/ft per cleaning for 1x monthly washes.

Who will be washing my boat?

Anchor dispatches a team of 2 for each cleaning. At least one of your cleaners will be a USCG Licensed Captain capable of operating your vessel for refuels, relocations, etc.

Do I have to be a Charter Partner to participate?

No. Although it is significantly more affordable for our charter partners, you are not required to charter your vessel with Anchor to participate in the wash program. We still offer incredibly reasonable wash rates for our "over the counter" customers and treat you with the same level of respect as a charter partner.

What kind of contract do I have to sign?

Anchor offers 6 and 12 month contracts. We also offer a discount for prepaying on an annual basis (optional).
